Our one-hour training sessions are designed for busy people with busy lives to teach you Self Defense thru the art of Jiu Jitsu while you burn calories and get in a great shape. When our program is followed with at least 3 sessions per week your knowledge and athleticism will increase! That's only a couple of hours per week! We understand that we all have busy lives, careers and families to take care of, but you need time for your or even better, bring your family to train with you!

Did you know that you can blog right from your published website? After you publish your site, go to your website’s URL and login with your Wix account. There you can write and edit posts, manage comments, pin posts and more! Just click on the 3 dot icon ( ⠇) to see all the things you can do.
